…………The virus for example is a minute organism, in this relative world the tiniest enemy is the most powerful one, the most dangerous one. Indeed the atom is the most dangerous, that’s one enemy that threatens the whole planet. That’s a paradox the smaller it is the more dangerous it is, and also the nearer the enemy is the more dangerous it is.

Mutual respect for micro-organisms

The invisible is the one that is inside, inside our organism we have trillions of micro-organisms, and we don’t notice them. But we have a relationship of trust with these micro-organisms. So if you live in agreement with your trillions of micro-organisms inside you that’s a normal situation, but there are many people who don’t have a mutual respect.
As everybody knows we are all living very close to each other and relationships can be very stressful. Any one who has lived in a family knows this. Some people are very concerned about the threat posed by enemies outside of themselves.

Internal relationships

A synonym of an enemy is a threat and a threat is a crisis. People are worried about their relationships with the outside world but don’t worry very much about their internal relationships.
Inside the family for example. There is a level of trust and familiarity, but when you lose trust and reliability between members of a family you find your worst enemy inside the family, they should be your best friend. So the dangerous thing is that the best friends can be the worst enemy.
War in families and between couples really is becoming a focus, people are concerned about it, it really is a war in a family, you can see it in any place in the world, the father who assassinates the son and vice versa, students killing a teacher, it’s hard to have tranquillity.

Communication crisis

The worst crisis there is in the modern system is the verbal crisis, people are not usually aware of this crisis. This reminds me of a quote from the bible, ‘in the beginning was there word’. And it was in the beginning of what? Everything in life begins with words, with language. And when you have difficult words, unreliable words, in the middle of the excess of words in the present day system, the flood of words, most people are drowning in the middle of an excess of words, can’t hear too well, can’t see too well, this situation is called misanthropy, misanthropy is the opposite of philanthropy.

We are becoming more and more misanthropic people don’t talk enough with communication, can’t express properly, this has been provoked by the useless use of words. 24/7 no one can live without words, always using them, from the moment you wake up there is a monologue, I will brush my teeth, wash etc, always using words, thought. People are manipulated by words. And you check your numerical words, time, are you late, the is articulated by the use of words, what are the words you most use, from early morning to late at night.? What are the words that you use most. What are the quality of words, people who don’t notice the quality and quantity of words they use have the most trouble controlling their destiny. The word we use most is I, I want, I will go, always confirming your own necessity. Me is the most used word. So people who use me all the time, but they don’t really know who me is.

Personality

We certainly have a name, but the name in itself doesn’t confirm what the personality is. It is just a calling code but it does not express the personality, so we need to acknowledge oneself before trying to acknowledge what ever else there is. And this is something that was confirmed by the great philosopher Socrates, so he tried to understand everything, lastly he was very much dismayed and he lost hope of learning or teaching, and more so in ancient Greece there was a theocratic system in place, not a democracy, they said everything was controlled by God, and they didn’t really get an answer because doubts and lack of knowledge seemed to grow everywhere at the time. And in theocracy everything comes from god, but even if you look for god he doesn’t give you an answer the only one that answers is the middle man, usually a religious person, how can we get an answer straight from god, and also to look for some kind of relationship with god you have to have an unbeatable faith. So anybody who is facing a personal crisis has a hard time finding an answer form god, and even great thinkers had this problem, and there was crisis in Socrates time, in Athens. So in facing this crisis these thinkers had to find a solution outside the theocratic system, so coming out of the city they turned to nature to give the answers, just like Charles Darwin.

Nature as a teacher

Darwin studied theology here at Cambridge initially, and he couldn’t find answers, it normal, theology didn’t give him answers to doubts that worried him more and more, so Darwin looked to nature to find the answers just like Socrates. He’s climb a mountain, taking many days on foot, nowadays you can get there in three or four days by car. I was imaging Socrates walking, a more difficult process, but when he got there he found oracle Delphus who answered, everyone has heard this answer, no use you trying to search for ideas or solutions outside yourself, so you have to search within, famous phrase ‘Know thyself’, and this was a flash of inspiration, and he suddenly recovered his natural sensitivity, and it true it’s no use looking for an answer outside yourself, otherwise it would be useless to your self, because all crises and doubts, they have a reason to be there,

Everything has a reason

there is nothing what so ever that does not happen because of some reason, everything has a cause, a process and a consequence. So if you can find a cause for a problem then you have an opportunity to use it in a reasonable way, so the important thing is not to look for outside problems only, or outside causes for problems you usually find them inside yourselves. So if we take a look at the crises or specific problems that people are undergoing they are all coming from the inside and that facility that it’s all within yourself makes it all the more difficult to know the origin of the problems. But if you really look inside it’s not really difficult. So we have something that easy to do which is to look inside, and that is easy to look inside, but people don’t like easy solutions they look outside for complicated solutions.

Reasonableness

Now when we analyse the physiological function of internal beings we can find many reasons for many things, because inside our organisms there is always functioning that is following up our fate, our destination, any problem that can be faced have a reason for being there, everything has a process, a reason, suddenly there is a crisis , suddenly this problem cropped up, this is an illusion, everything is reasonable, it has a reasonable cause. The most impressive threat is the health threat, nowadays it hard to be at ease trying to live in health. people are going to get sick. If people have a very strong healthy constitution, saying they never get sick and having a strong constitution and a strong personality, so they feel they will never get sick, but they are in danger, on the other hand people who are always sick, they are in no danger, someone with a weak constitution is always feeling some kind of ailment, so he is more aware of his problems, he always wondering why am I falling into sickness, so this person is always questioning, always wondering why am I falling sick so often, always trying to prevent becoming sick, weak people try to find the reason why they are always sick, but they find anyway a way to control their health, So a more sick person is more aware, more preventive, and this person incredibly lives a longer life, research has been made on people who live long lives, they are usually weak people, no extravagances in eating, they know it’s going to be harmful.

Episodes and intervals

Reality is multi-lateral there are many issues and they are always proposing doubts. For example everybody is looking for good things – not bad things, they look for health without disease, or well being without tranquillity, riches without poverty, or advantage without disadvantage, always looking for the good things unilaterally. Only looking for god but not the devil, but that is very dangerous, there is nothing that is only good without bad unilaterally, because everything there is really is just a pause an interval, because when you see something that is good it’s just a pause in the bad things. And the bad thing is just an interval in the good things. What goes down must go up and what goes up must go down. If you become rich you become poor, if you become healthy then you become sick, when you become sick you become healthy. This is a relative, temporary reality, that’s what is definitely or absolutely provisional, in a dynamic way.

Micro-macro dynamic

So anybody who can understand this reality and we call it micro-macro dynamic, the internal functions can be called micro-dynamic and the external functions can be called macro-dynamic. They are constantly interconnected, that’s why our physiological internal system is more organic than mechanic, so everybody is looking very well into the mechanical aspects of technology nowadays; and many people believe that through good technology all the problems might be solved, and we use computers more and more, but on the contrary the technological advances will provoke problems at the same time, damaging our health, compromising our safety, and the normality of the self control of people; advanced technology with promote harm to the destiny of humanity.

Organic and mechanical systems

Everybody believes the opposite, but reality is different technology is deepening the problems of the living beings on earth.
Because technology is fostering, is promoting a style that is easier and more dependant, and there are some people who have already noticed that this extreme advance in technology will be harmful to humanity. We must heed their warnings.
The big problem is the teaching in schools, for example Cambridge has very famous schools, and there are many young people who want to learn more advanced technology – coming from all over the world – but when you analyse the quality of the teaching in schools, you see the that the teaching that is distributed is hypothetical, theoretical, hypotheses are very nice, theories too are attractive and easy, so the personality of these students is an assembly of very nice theories, and when you come out of school and face real life, it doesn’t work, this is an aspect of the crisis in education.

Disintegrated education

Because the teaching is very compartmentalised, very specific, medicine, engineers, architects, lawyers and particularly in medicine ii is even more subdivided. So students are not really taught inter connected reality. Reality is not divided in reality all factors are interconnected. In our body too all the organs, stomach, intestines, kidneys do not work in an isolated way they are all interconnected and integrated. So in medicine when you look for a symptomatic solution to a problem, from each organ in isolation, pathologically you can approach the disease of one organ but even though you might find a solution for a problem with one organ in a disintegrated way from other organs you won’t find a sufficient solution. Symptoms of the stomach might disappear under a pathological treatment, the stomach is not isolated from the liver for example or the gall bladder or the heart. So you might make the symptoms of the stomach disappear but you will certainly have the appearance of symptoms in the other organs.
So the patient may well get sent round to different doctors with different specialities, getting sent around. So medicine itself is disintegrated and subdivided, but our organism is not mechanical and the main difference between an organic and a mechanical system is that the mechanical system does not have any blood circulation. And the function of the blood is to interconnect all parts of the body.

Blood circulation

Blood circulates all round the body supporting the dynamic organic system, the mechanical system has no blood circulation, so if a part is worn out you just change it, and also an organic system is much stronger and more flexible, compensating when necessary for different eventualities, that’s why the organic system is strengthened by use while mechanical system is worn out, they are quite different. It’s no good making a mechanical diagnosis, our organism is interconnected by blood circulation.
With this organic view of the body you can find an enthusiastic key for control, it is marvellous, you need to understand the function of the blood, if you can control the quantity and the quality of blood, you can solve and prevent physiological problems. The blood doesn’t have a racial prejudice, many people are concerned about racism, and in many countries you see people with many different origins, through cultural differences, colour of skin, you have this racial discrimination of people, but for us this difference doesn’t really exist, blood is red for all, that’s something that gives us enthusiasm, solution not in colour of skin but in colour of blood. And when you notice that the solution of all the problems of all different ethnicity’s is originated in the blood – which is the same for all – you can find an effective solution. Blood circulation never stops, it’s 24/7; no cell is excepted there 25 trillion cells in the organism, they are all controlled in their quality by blood, these cells are constantly renewed by the blood, and all the organs and their functions are renewed by blood also. So the blood is the main controller of our physiological functions.
There are many educated people who have already declared that the origin of everything is in the blood. All problems originate from the quality of the blood. Even epidemiologists have declared that the blood is the centre of the control of health.
If you can control the immunity, the vitality, the regularity of the blood then you can prevent and solve all the problems. Even if you get sick you might notice that it is all a consequence of a blood irregularity.
It’s very simple to understand the origin of problems as connected to the quality of the blood, it’s very easy to recover the vitality, regularity and immunity of the blood.
The raw material that makes up the blood comes in through the mouth. One bite of food becomes one drop of blood. It’s very easy to control through the mouth.. But there are many people who do not the seemingly easy way to control their life.
We need to use instinctive sensibility, people need to take notice of what it is that is necessary to put in through our mouths, and therefore control the quality of their blood.
Yesterday we took a trip to the birthplace of the evolutionary scientist Charles Darwin, in the country side were many sheep that were grazing in the rain, they know how to control their own blood, instinctively. What are the animals eating? It’s unbelievable but they are eating very simple things.

Instinct is anticipated perception

The elephants got out of the way of the tsunami in Sri Lanka because they had instinct, which may be called anticipated perception. The same thing happened at the earthquake, in Kobi dogs and cats started behaving in a very odd way, people who were around them didn’t understand what was happening.
Even the worms started coming out of the soil, even the brainless worm could perceive the danger. Most people who have degenerated their instincts, some real examples which so the importance of your instinctive sensitivity.

Instinctive Sensitivity

An education system that does not strengthen the instinctive sensitivity will not work. Our activity is focussed on education but there is no education without self-education, if you can’t educate yourself you can’t educate others, showing an example of self-education that is useful and understandable, so the teacher should be a prophet, in the Latin language a teacher is a professor, so a teacher would be a prophet. He has to prophesise, he has to understand ahead what is going to happen, but nowadays it is difficult to find people who can prophesise, a long time ago in the Jewish system there were no schools. There was a solidary activity around religious issues, it still works so you had synagogues, a synagogue was a school where prophets used to teach, so a professor. Who cannot see the future of that young person then it is hard for him for his teaching to be useful, an instinctive sensitivity that is controlled in an anticipated way, that would be education. The most important thing is to apply this instinctive sensibility to ones self. Self-education that can strengthen the anticipated proportion.

Bio-strategic training

You can prevent any problem that has a cause and a process, so that is what we call a bio-strategic training, and to follow a process of self defence, self maturity and self knowledge, you have to control it through the blood, always controlling the raw material of blood that comes in through the mouth. Just like animals have instinct to control what to eat.

Instinctive control, silk worms

Do you have silk worms in England? Europeans did not know about the quality of silk thread, so when they discovered it they were very interested. In the far east they have the production of very very high quality silk. So the exchange between east and west began through silk. There is a silk road, of course that is much before the influence of nylon, which is a synthetic kind of silk. The silk worm was very valuable. My mother used to keep silk worms, I watched her as a child. When we got this box full of baby worms, my mother used to talk to the worms they were tiny like dust grains. She chose goo mulberry leaves, tender she sliced them thin and gave them to the worms, and you could see them eating, after only twenty one days it is an adult, only eating mulberry leaves, it’s incredible.
From one day to another you can see the growth, after two weeks you don’t have to cut the leaves, then you just throw the branches in, the increase in size is scary, you can here them eating. We had loads of worms.

The Silkworm story

The instinct of the animal is unbelievable. When I was small I tried them with other leaves, I gave them carrot and said it was sweeter but the didn’t care they only are Mulberry leaves. They grew more and more, after 21 days they punctually stop eating, how do they notice that with no watches! They start practising yoga. I’m not exaggerating they take up a yoga posture. We used to throw them around but they just stayed in heir sacred positions!

Twenty four hour fast, transcendental meditation!!

Not eating at all, fasting, and the effect of this yoga after 24 hours they evacuate, they eliminate everything. They become transparent, transcendental!, transparent, and inside you can see the green blood circulation and it’s little heart beating, the incredible effect of their meditation, and when they had finished this purification of the whole body, they start moving their heads around, and my mother noticed, she said, ‘ now they want to make the cocoon’.

1,200 metres of silk

We put them on the trays all over the house. They build up their cocoon making silk thread which is about 1,200 metres, so that’s more than one kilometre just eating one kind of food. And they turn the leaves into a very resistant material, silk, when you use synthetic nylon nowadays it has bad qualities compared to silk, at low temperatures it becomes brittle, and in hot temperature flexibility is too extreme and it also breaks easily, but with real silk this does not happen, depending on the use silk is still more valuable than nylon. For us this is a very important example, to understand the importance of sensitive instinct.

Perceiving danger and uselessness

People who have an instinctive sensibility can notice danger or the uselessness of something, but the majority of people do not have that kind of instinctive sensibility.
Until problems happen people are concerned about looking for unnecessary things. But if you look for nutritious substances for the blood in a necessary way, in a useful way, then you can prevent health problems. But nowadays people are using more unnecessary foods than necessary foods.

Necessary and unnecessary

Also you might like to understand a necessary lifestyle and an unnecessary lifestyle, also some people are looking for money in a necessary way and some people are looking for money for more than is necessary. The majority of people are looking for money in an unnecessary way, also making efforts that are more unnecessary than necessary. It’s all a question of instinct, if you have an instinctive necessity you can eat what ever you like and it will be necessary, to keep the blood quality. So nowadays the danger is we have weakened of instincts, the instinctive sensitivity is an evolutionary thing, and when you loose this instinctive sensitivity what happens is that you degenerate. So our bio-strategic training proposes to strengthen instinctive sensitivity, in order to know what is more necessary and indispensable rather than unnecessary and dispensable, and when you recover this instinctive sensitivity even when any problem that might happen you can solve it in an instinctive way also, and to learn this you can learn with nature,

Learn with nature

in looked at the behaviour and instincts of earthworms, he was very amazed, the little earthworm always has an exit and depending on the day they cover up the entrance to their burrow, and he experimented leaving a leaf over the entrance, before it started to rain, so the earthworm picked up the end of the leaf and put it on top of the whole, to protect it from the rain. He even changed the position of the leaf and the earthworm went back and corrected it. That little insignificant earthworm has an incredible instinct, so nature gives us incredibly useful examples, we have to learn from nature, nature teaches us with a
reasonable possibility and with inexhaustible examples, so an education that might teach the instinctive sensitivity can teach the educated people
and the educators into surviving a catastrophic form of crisis situations. In practice education means self-education, self acknowledgement, self discipline, self-leadership, self-salvation, and that is the bio-strategic teaching that will work from now on.
So I was improvising here in giving you examples but it is an important opportunity this one. So words are keys, using a words as an example of a kind of keys maybe you will have an opportunity of using them. The key is a solution, it is a prevention without a key it is dangerous, you have to train how to use it, to solve and prevent, the verbal key. So there is a classic example of the use of the key! You say NO and it closes, you say YES and it opens. At the exact moment we say NO we should say YES. But most people don’t know how to use these keys to open and close.
Especially the mouth as a key, if you can’t control your mouth, you lose control of your physiological order, so you have to control the mouth key. The mouth is a thermometer or a barometer of the destiny of each person. So people who feel a tendency to having a dry mouth, that’s a sign of danger, a dry mouth. If for example you have stomach problems, gastritis, ulcers, that is a consequence of a lack of saliva, when you concentrate on swallowing saliva for half an hour, an hour and during the whole day, all problems of the stomach may disappear. So saliva has great qualities and it doesn’t cost you a penny! Saliva works as the best saline solution that you can use, if you end up in hospital after an accident the first thing they supply is a saline solution. You don’t need the hospital the solution is right under your nose! In your mouth.
I have many things to tell you but you have to acknowledge the power of you own existence.

Questions and Answers.

Q. Is there a connection between the saliva and the blood.
A. Saliva is totally connected to the blood, you may say that part of the blood shows up in the form of saliva, saliva is responsible for the alkalinity of the blood, that’s why stomach problems get better because you change the alkaline acid situation, by ingesting alkaline saliva.
Q. You seem to teach through paradoxes.
A. It’s not me, it’s the way it is, you can always learn from others, the dynamisity of relationships is a paradoxical event.
Q. I mean more that there sick people that live for a long time, then advise us how to be healthy.
A. The most direct response is those who become sick have earned it, and so they have the merit of living longer, it’s a privilege.
Q. No but what he is saying is if it’s such a privilege why bother to try and keep healthy!
A. Yes, but everybody will get sick anyway. It’s just a question of time. Sickness is an opportunity to know why you became sick, and therefore becoming healthy.
Q. You use the word easy many times, when you are in touch with your instincts, but where do you stand with respect to the fact that many people find things very difficult. I know things are not good for me but I still do it. We are working on many levels simultaneously.
A. It’s all relative, because you have a way to go, may be with more difficult consequences it would become more simple and easy. If you diagnose a personality you’ve got a very strong constitution, so it is easy for you to indulge in excess.
But certainly in your house you will be living with someone who is not so strong, because opposites attract one another, it’s interesting the strong person attracts the weaker person. An extroverted person attracts an introverted person; small people are attracted to tall people.
Q. You are telling people to develop their instincts rather than giving them a lot of information about what to do, is that right?
A. I am just being solidary, so if someone looks for me, or our activity, we just explain what’s happening. Everything has a reason, a reason for getting better a reason for getting worse, so we explain is a useful way, in a functional effective way, so that people might find a different effect from things, but yes, you are right, it’s no good telling people what to do, each one is so different eventually you have to find your own instinct and develop your instinct to find your own solutions, you can’t borrow other peoples solutions.
Everything has a reason, that’s what people tend not to notice, they tend to be surprised by problems all of a sudden.

Use problems even if you have to pay for them!

But as everything does have a reason you can learn and get to know how to prevent problems. If you can see the process leading to a problem you can prevent it before it actually happens. My parents used to tell me, you have to use problems even if you have to pay for them! But nowadays you don’t have to pay a cent for a problem, problems are just popping up for free, inexhaustibly, always coming one after another so you don’t have to pay for them. Not only your own problems but problems for other people you live with, and if you train with problems you can see the reasons coming, so there is no lack of opportunity to learn mutually. So, you are not paying a penny to aske a question, if you ask you will learn.
Q. You talk a lot a bout instinct, but if we use too much instinct will we evolve, don’t we need a more strategic style?

Strengthen instinctive sensibility with problems.

Q. One!
A.No, the instinct is the focus of sensitivity, sensitivity, sentiment, intuition, all these belong to a focus of the decisions that you make, the focus is the fountain, is the source of your decisions. So you really have to meet the problems and strengthen your instincts, people who don’t look at there problems, who don’t have problems have no opportunity to strengthen their instincts. There are a lot of examples I can give you

A. A mother who used her maternal instinct to find miraculous strength to lift up a van which had trapped the leg of her son, it’s true she was a weak person, in the moment she found immense strength. Also the incredible instinctive force that comes out in the middle of a hellish fire in a building. Very heavy people are suddenly carried out, it is impossible to understand how these people can be carried to save them. And after the fire has finished similar weights cannot even be lifted from the ground. At the most dangerous moment this miraculous force becomes manifest. That’s a training with the lever.
Ritchie. But that’s another story! I’d just like to thankyou very much indeed, it’s been a lovely talk and we would like to show our appreciation. Tomio Kikuchi really just wants to share so that we can learn from his life’s expedience and there is so much to learn from it. Thankyou………………………….
